For individuals dealing with persistent difficulties in life, emotional pain, past trauma, or other mental health challenges, I offer a more in-depth therapeutic process. Support at this stage includes:
Processing trauma and deep-seated emotional wounds
Managing depression, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms
Exploring childhood patterns and their impact on present life
Developing long-term coping strategies for mental and emotional well-being
In this work, I create a safe and supportive space where we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and self-beliefs that shape your life. Many of these patterns are formed in early experiences, influencing how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate life’s challenges. By uncovering these influences, we can begin to understand the deeper layers of your struggles and create meaningful change.
A key part of my approach is the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a highly effective method for processing past experiences that may be impacting you in the present. EMDR helps rewire the way distressing memories and beliefs are stored, allowing for healing and relief from emotional pain.

Session Fees
Therapy Sessions (1 hour) $150
Medicare rebates are available to clients with a GP Mental Health Care Plan referral (the gap fee is $65).
If finances are an issue, I offer some concessional rates - reach out to discuss with me.
Sessions are online only (in-person sessions available soon)
